Reflexology

Restore harmony to your entire body through the specialized maps of your feet and hands.

Reflexology Therapy

Reflexology is an ancient practice based on the principle that specific “reflex points” on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By applying pressure to these points, we stimulate the body’s own healing mechanisms.

Beyond a Foot Massage

While a foot massage feels great, Reflexology is a targeted therapy. It works with the nervous system to send signals throughout the body, helping to balance energy flow and support internal health.

The Key Benefits

  • Full-Body Equilibrium: Helps regulate the digestive, respiratory, and endocrine systems.

  • Nerve Stimulation: Enhances the sensitivity and function of nerve endings in the extremities.

  • Migraine Relief: Many clients find significant relief from tension headaches through foot reflexology.

  • Deep Relaxation: It is common for clients to fall into a restful “micro-sleep” during treatment.

What Your Session Looks Like

You will remain fully clothed except for your shoes and socks. You’ll be reclined in a comfortable position while your therapist uses specialized thumb and finger techniques to “map” your feet, looking for areas of congestion or tension that reflect your internal state.

FAQs

What if I am ticklish?

Reflexology uses firm, specialized pressure. Most people find that the structured nature of the touch prevents any "tickle" response.

Can Reflexology cure illnesses?

It is a complementary therapy intended to support the body’s natural healing, not a replacement for medical treatment.

How will I feel after the session?

Most people feel incredibly relaxed or "grounded." We recommend drinking plenty of water afterward to help the body process the session.
